Suggestions and complaints

If a patient (or their guardian / legal representative) has objections regarding the medical service received as part of the National Health Fund programme , they have the right to file a complaint.


If you are satisfied and would like to share your opinion about the healthcare in our centre, or remarks regarding treatment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

or you can submit a request at the office of the head of the facility, every day from 08:00 to 14:00.

is available every day from 08:00 to 10:00
or you can submit a request at the office of the head of the facility from 08:00 to 14:00.


Department Heads or their deputies:

every day in the working hours of a department and according to the physician’s availability.
